Project Management
Telcon utilizes a program management approach to projects. Customer projects are assigned a single point of contact that will take ownership of the project. From the preparation of proposals through the manufacture of all preproduction and final production units, we manage and facilitate a successful outcome.
The project manager will also coordinate and apply continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing techniques to control or reduce manufacturing costs. Revision control, submission of quality plans and inspection/test data and process development are all initially managed through your single point of contact.
Through value add and value engineering analysis efforts, often higher levels of product integration are identified and implemented. Our team will also assist with product redesign options to reduce manufacturing costs, improve product functionality and make improvements in product quality.
